About Tripiamo

Tripiamo is building a new category in travel.

We create verified international driving guides that help travelers drive safely and confidently abroad. Through practical educational video, immersive learning experiences, and trusted local validation, we help people understand how driving actually works in another country before they arrive.

Our mission is to make international road travel safer, less stressful, and more accessible, so people can explore further, connect more deeply with new places, and travel with confidence.

Tripiamo is an early-stage company with growing traction, real partners, and an opportunity to shape how a category-defining travel product scales globally.

The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Content Product & Production to help lead the next chapter of Tripiamo.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can operate across product thinking, educational content, and scalable video production. You will help improve how our guides are built, how our production process operates, and how the overall customer experience evolves as we scale across countries.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You should be comfortable setting direction while also getting directly involved in the work, whether that means improving production workflows, refining scripts, reviewing creative output, editing video when needed, or building systems that help us move faster without compromising quality.

A major priority of this role is strengthening the speed, quality, and scalability of Tripiamo’s content and production pipeline. We already work with creative collaborators, including a videographer, and we are looking for someone with the judgment and execution ability to raise the bar across process, output, and consistency.

We do not expect the right person to have done every part of this role before. But we are looking for someone with strong relevant experience, excellent judgment, a high degree of independence, and the ability to learn quickly and take ownership across adjacent functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a strong eye for quality and detail, and wants to play a meaningful leadership role in building something new.

What You’ll Do

Product, Content & Strategic Leadership

  • Help shape the evolution of Tripiamo’s product, content experience, and long-term roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, learning experience, and guide format over time
  • Balance big-picture thinking with practical decisions about what to build, improve, and prioritize now
  • Help translate Tripiamo’s vision into scalable systems, strong content, and better product execution

Production, Editing & Creative Oversight

  • Lead the development of a more scalable content and production system for Tripiamo’s country guides
  • Take direct ownership of video editing when needed, while also overseeing the work of external collaborators
  • Improve editing workflows, production timelines, review cycles, and overall creative consistency
  • Maintain a high standard across pacing, storytelling, instructional clarity, graphics, captions, sound, and final polish
  • Give clear, actionable feedback that improves both speed and quality

Content Development & Learning Experience

  • Write or refine scripts for educational travel and driving content
  • Collaborate on story structure, shot planning, user learning flow, and content clarity
  • Help create content that is practical, accurate, engaging, and easy to scale across markets
  • Think beyond individual videos to the broader customer learning experience

Workflow Innovation, Tools & Scale

  • Bring strong understanding of professional video and post-production workflows, including 2D and 360 content
  • Assess whether our current tools, workflows, and collaborators are the right fit for where we are going
  • Use and experiment with AI tools to improve areas such as scripting, research, editing, localization, captioning, and production efficiency
  • Continuously look for ways to increase speed, quality, and repeatability without sacrificing standards

Research, Accuracy & External Validation

  • Conduct and organize detailed research on road rules, signage, driving customs, and common traveler pain points
  • Work with driving schools and local experts to validate content for accuracy and usability
  • Help build and maintain relationships with in-country experts and validation partners
  • Coordinate revisions and feedback carefully across markets

Operational Ownership

  • Help manage and improve content delivery within Kajabi
  • Support website and platform content updates as needed
  • Take ownership of priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-moving environment
  • Build structure where needed and move projects forward with urgency and follow-through

Qualifications

Core qualifications

  • Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience across video production, editing, creative operations, content systems, product/content development, or related work
  • Strong experience in video production, videography, and video editing
  • Ability and willingness to both execute work directly and oversee the work of outside collaborators
  • Experience with 2D and 360 video workflows
  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability, especially for educational, instructional, or consumer-facing content
  • Strong attention to detail and a sharp editorial eye
  • Ability to manage timelines, solve problems independently, and push projects forward
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to think beyond content into the broader user experience
  • Comfort building systems and improving processes in an evolving environment
  • Familiarity with rapidly changing AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them practically

Helpful experience

  • Experience in travel, mobility, education, media, or consumer learning products
  • Experience managing external creative contractors or small production teams
  • Experience producing content internationally or on lean budgets
  • Experience improving underperforming content pipelines or creative operations
  • Experience with Kajabi, website content management, or digital content operations
  • Experience working with outside experts or validation partners

Tools

Strong familiarity with professional editing and creative workflow tools is important. Useful experience may include tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, iZotope RX, Insta360 Studio, DaVinci Resolve, Kajabi, and emerging AI-based creative tools.
